MNCA Women’s Senior One Day Trophy THAU hammer Al-Ameen by 10 wickets to confirm semi-final berth

IMPHAL, Jun 2 : THAU, Thangmeiband crushed Al-Ameen, Lilong by 10 wickets for the fourth straight Group A victory in the 5th MNCA Women’s Senior One Day Trophy 2025-26 to confirm their semi-final ticket today at THAU ground.
Al-Ameen opted to bat first but were bundled out for a meagre total of 26 runs in 17.5 overs before THAU cruised to the target in just 3.4 overs without any loss.
Thoithoibi Ahongsangbam (4/5) and Konjengbam Nonibala (3/7) shone with the ball for THAU and shared 7 crucial wickets to demolish Al-Ameen for 26 runs today before the opening pair of Kalpana 13 off 8 and Leithoi Changammayum 9 off 14 balls finished off the chase in 3.4 overs.
Thoithoibi, who enjoyed a four wicket haul, was declared player of the match.
