Doctor refutes charges

THOUBAL, Jun 29: Refuting allegations made by People’s United Youth Alliance (PUYA),  Dr Hector has invited PUYA members to visit Sugnu Sub District Hospital and verify attendance records. The senior dental surgeon said that since joining the service, he has never sought a transfer on personal grounds and has continued serving at Sub District Hospital, Sugnu, despite travelling a long distance from Imphal.
