Organisational meet of BJP held

IMPHAL, Jun 6 : A monthly organisational meeting of the BJP was held at Thambal Shanglen today.
Chaired by the State BJP president A Sharda Devi, the meeting was attended by Chief Minister Y Khemchand and other BJP MLAs.
The meeting reviewed ongoing activities, upcoming programmes, and measures to strengthen coordination between the legislature and the party organisation, said Khemchand in a social media post.
"We reaffirmed our commitment to further strengthening the BJP and deepening our grassroots engagement with the people. Together, we remain dedicated to serving the people and advancing the development and progress of Manipur," he said. The Chief Minister also chaired a meeting with senior officials of NHIDCL, along with the Chief Secretary and Commissioner (Works), at the Secretariat to review the maintenance, upgradation, and development of National Highways and other strategic roads in Manipur.
"As vital arteries of connectivity and economic growth, National Highways play a crucial role in facilitating the movement of people and essential goods, " he said.
