Website launched

IMPHAL, Jun 6 : An official website of the Democratic People's Front (DPF), Manipur (www.dpfmanipur.org was launched today. Addressing the launch event at Hotel Yaiphaba, DPF president Dr Narengbam Rajivkumar said that supporters of the party can also enrol for membership through the website. He appealed to the public to support the DPF in strengthening the regional voice. Saying that DPF acknowledges the aspirations of the people for regional parties to unite, he added that there should, however, be a common ground among the regional parties to work together. He said that, for the DPF, individuals who have previously won elections are not eligible to join the party. Other leaders of DPF also attended the programme.
