Men’s U-19 One Day Trophy Anderson enjoys fifer as TRAU hammer FORCE by 10 wickets

IMPHAL, Jun 7 : Anderson bowled TRAU to a 10-wicket win over FORCE today in a Group B match of the 4th MNCA Men’s U-19 One Day Trophy today at Model Hr Secondary and Oriental College ground.
TRAU rode on Anderson Keisham (5/12 in 5.4 overs) and Preethson Arubam (3/6 in 7 overs) to dismantle toss winners FORCE for 55 runs in 23.4 overs before the opening stand between Tyrus Chabungbam (20 off 48 balls; 2 fours) and Huiningshumbam Luching (19 off 27 balls; 2 fours) was more than enough for TRAU to seal the victory in 12.3 overs.
The day also saw Model Club, Chingamakha beat MPA, Thounaojam by 10 wickets at Lairenjam Public Ground for the third win in five Group A matches.
AMCA, Thoubal meanwhile beat SSC, Porompat by 126 runs for the second straight Group E victory at Khudeiband Lampak.
YPHUC also posted their third Group C win in four matches by defeating KSDO by 4 wickets at Khangabok Cherapur Public Ground as TCMDC overwhelmed SHADOW by 8 wickets for the second Group D win at Moijing Public Ground.
