O Manglem elected as AMHLL president for 2026-30 term

IMPHAL, Jun 7 : Okram Manglem Meetei of MEEHULS, Khongman Okram Chuthek has been elected as the president of the Apunba Manipur Huyen Lanlong Lup (AMHLL) for the term 2026-2030 during the general body meeting and election of the executive members of the association held today at MEEHULS office.
As Manglem was elected as the president, Thangjam Robindro of ABDHLACA, Kumbi and Kshetrimayum Manilal of IKTTA, Kakching were elected as the vice presidents for the new term.
The other elected members include Sapam Inaobi of Chainarol Temple, Bamon Kampu as the general secretary; Loukrakpam Sanajaoba of TYYSS of Uchol, IE as the assistant secretary; Okram Wangamba of MEEHULS as the organisation secretary; Maisnam Leikhendro of Nambul Lakpa as the treasurer; Kshetrimayum Sanjit of IKTTA as secretary HRD Dept; Okram Mongyamba of OMACA as the secretary of Publicity and Information; and L Thaba of POAC, Keirao Khunou as secretary Women Development Dept.
Ngangom Somorjit of IWHLSS, Changangei; Khoirom Lukhoi of Nongpok Mahulas, Thoubal; Mutum Herojit of MITTACI, Kongba Kshetrileikai; Thongam Yaiphaba Kha Nganba of Chainarol Temple, IE; Haorongbam Pandit of Sanaleipak Nambol; and Ningthoujam Sangeeta of Sangeet Natak Kanglei Thang Ta Manipur were also elected as the executive members, as per a press release issued by AMHLL.
