IMPHAL, Jul 11 : A farmer was reportedly killed in an exchange of fire at Twilang area near Govajang Village in Kangpokpi around 4.30 pm.
Govajang is situated around 40 Km from Kang-pokpi along IT road.
The deceased has been identified as Haolal Chong-loi (45), of Govajang
Another source, however, claimed that the farmer was killed in an attack by suspected Naga armed groups.
