Employment Directorate notifies

IMPHAL, Jul 22 : The Directorate of Employment, Government of Manipur has announced that all services for job seekers in the State will be moved online through the E-Seba Manipur Portal from July 24, 2026.
As per a notification issued by the Directorate, sponsorship and submission of candidates against notified vacancies, as well as issuance of Employment Seeking Certificates, will be done only through “www.esebamanipur.mn.gov.in” with effect from July 24, 2026.
The Directorate clarified that the online services will be accessible only with new X-10 cards generated from the E-Seba Manipur Portal. All old X-10 cards issued through the previous portal, “www.eservicesmanipur.gov.in”, will be invalidated from July 24, 2026. In view of this, the Directorate has urged all job seekers in Manipur to register afresh on the new E-Seba Manipur Portal to continue availing employment-related services.
