Wanted person arrested

IMPHAL, Jul 23 : State police apprehended a person wanted by the CBI today.
The person, identified as TH Kaoni, is a proclaimed offender for evading investigation and trial.
Chargesheeted under various sections of the IPC for using forged documents, a non-bailable warrant was issued by Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Patna. A proclaimed offender, the accused had been evading investigation and trial, said the police.
After the arrest, the accused has been handed over to the CBI, ACB Imphal said the police.
