Candlelight vigil held

IMPHAL, Jul 25: The Justice for Six Sons of Koubru United Committee organised a candlelight vigil at the western gate of Kangla offering prayers for six Naga men who were abducted and killed recently.
Held under the banner of the Joint Tribe Council, the candlelight vigil saw massive participation of people of different communities.
The crowd offered prayers and demanded the Government to deliver justice for the six Nagas, whose bodies remained unclaimed at JNIMS Hospital, Imphal.
Notably, the six Naga men were abducted on May 13 from Leilon Vaiphei Kuki village, and their dismembered bodies were recovered on June 10.
