BJP holds meeting at Senapati

IMPHAL, Jul 27 : The BJP Manipur unit held a series of joint organisational meetings in Senapati district today to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
The meetings were attended by BJP Manipur unit vice presidents N Nimbus, Jonathan Tao, general secretary P Premananda Meitei, and secretaries M Priyokumar and K Bikram.
The party leaders travelled by road from the BJP State office at Nityaipat Chuthek in Imphal to Senapati, Tadubi and Karong to participate in the organisational meetings.
The meetings focused on strengthening the party organisation and discussed ways to extend assistance to people facing various hardships in Senapati district.
The delegation first held a core committee meeting with BJP Senapati district president Thekho Peter and other district party leaders.
This was followed by a meeting with party office-bearers and committee members at Jaikarii Community Hall, Christian Colony.
Later, the delegation attended the BJP Tadubi Mandal meeting, which was also attended by former ADC Chairman Kappani, the intending candidate for the Tadubi Assembly Constituency.
The BJP State leaders said the meetings reaffirmed the party's commitment to empowering party workers, strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level, and fostering trust and confidence among the various communities of Manipur.
