VETO crowned champions of 52nd State Junior Boys’ Kabaddi Championship

IMPHAL, Jul 5 : VETO, Laphupat Tera sealed the title of the 52nd State Junior Boys’ Kabaddi Championship 2026 hosted by SLYO, Tekcham under the auspices of the Manipur State Kabaddi Association.
VETO beat AMDASCAM, Lilong Atoukhong by 29-27 margin in a keenly contested final match to earn the top honour today.
VETO crushed SAM, Kumbi 68-21 earlier in a lopsided semi-final match before AMDASCAM edged out SLYO, Tekcham 33-30 in the other semi-final match to complete the semi-final line up.
Hosts SLYO meanwhile settled for the third place title by beating SAM by 57-35 points.
