Two held

IMPHAL, Jul 8 : Security forces arrested two extortionists from separate places in the past 24 hours.
Police, in a bulletin, said that a cadre of KYKL identified as Takhellambam Gremichand alias Inaocha (52) of Singjamei Mayeng-bam Leikai was arrested from Kalika Bamon area under Irilbung police station in Imphal East district today along with a 9mm pistol, two magazines and seventy live rounds.
It also said that a cadre of KCP (PWG) identified as Angom Chingkheinganba Meitei (27) of Umathel Makha Leikai, Kakching district from Aihang Village gate in Kakching yesterday.
Both of them were involved in extortion activities, according to police.
