WY tablets seized at CCpur

IMPHAL, Jul 8 : Security forces seized a large quantity of WY tablets/methamphetamine from Churachandpur district yesterday.
According to a police bulletin, the contraband, packed in 19 packets, was seized from the residence of Paominlin Munlo, a resident of Churachandpur, during a joint raid conducted by a team of Manipur Police and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
A Mahindra Bolero bearing a Manipur registration number was also seized from the compound of the residence.
The bulletin, however, did not mention whether any person had been arrested in connection with the seizure.
