  1. Its a heinous crime and slowly swallowing our state. So before the situation slip out at large we need to make a firm stand and execute the culprits immediately, if allow publicly. Only then people with such criminal tendency will think twice.

  2. such satanic idea comes out from mind is bcoz ..the culprit don’t care about law n order..And the Authority mistake is never taken up the action seriously to the culprits .
And so on every1 still do such inhumanity activities ..Please make it strong the Authority..And let them choose the right path.

  3. such incidents are on the rise across the globe specially in our country which is unwelcome. Authorities are playing their roles to curb the menace, no doubt. These sad stories are often highlighted by all, demanding a befitting punishments against the culprits. We also need a follow up system of these crimes. People should know what actions have been taken by the authorities against them and the same be highlighted in a more wider scale. With this we are attacking the Psychological aspects of the culprits. Next time before they even plan to commit such heinous crimes they will definitely think twice.

To tell the truth there isn’t a single law in here except money law…. Everyone can but anything with money even people…. As People get corupted every day their mind became evil thinking that i have money i can do any thing…. Its all becoz of the elder as they gave every their sons/daughters or grandsons/daughters wants, so when they grew up and become a parent they did the same too…. Its not only for the rich family but for the poor too… Teaches your sons and daughter a manner instead of giving what they want only then this things might change a little and don’t wait for the law coz they won’t change until we do….

  5. shut the door of human evil ….a dangerous super brain animal ….kill them and hang on public placed as example what happen with a accused of such activities against women n child in this state

  6. Why they have handed to police? Instead they should have killed by the mob… For other reasons, mob can kill anyone and why not for rapist?????? Manipuris, specially the majority mind are very narrow that’s the reason Manipur is still under development compare to other states in India. Please majority, come out from that thought of racism and see where Manipur can be….!!!!

  7. The government should make a strong law against the rapist and the murderer eg, hang until death is the right punishment. Otherwise these kind of activities will prevail anytime and anywhere.

  8. why not demolish them? if i have ability, i would surely demolish all the person who have committed. I’m sad to hear all this bad activity. By the way, if other countries can take up full action on rape activity, why still our government couldn’t take up proper action?
