IMPHAL, Oct 15: Retired IAS officer (Manipur Cadre) RC Mishra has been appointed as the Vice Chance- llor of National Sports University, Manipur.
As such, RC Mishra would go to the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports tomorrow to take his new post and he would come to Imphal next week.
