Ronaldo settles for silver at Asian Track C'ship

IMPHAL, Oct 19 : Laitonjan Ronaldo finished second in the Junior Men's time trial to win India a silver medal at the Asian Track Championship 2019 which is underway at Jincheon National Training Centre Velodrome, Korea since October 17.
Laitonjam Ronaldo clocked 1:03.138 to win the silver medal as Korea's Woorim Choi earned the gold medal with a time of 1:02.120. Ryuto Ichida of Japan was able to take the bronze medal in 1:03.253.
It is worth mentioning that L Ronaldo and Rojit won junior men's Kerrin gold for India on the opening day of the championship while Indian women's team bagged a bronze medal.
