Woman found dead

IMPHAL, Oct 19: A 22-year-old woman was allegedly found hung to death this morning at Kokchai Mayai Leikai under Mayang Imphal Police Station, Imphal West.
The woman has ben identified as Nongmaithem Ningol Leishangthem Ongbi Babysana alias Baby, wife of L Bishorjit (31).
She was found allegedly hung to death inside a furniture workshed behind her house.
There was a commotion between the paternal family of the woman and the husband's family over the death. However, no untoward incident happened as police controlled the situation in time.
The paternal family have collected the body after post mortem at RIMS, said sources.
