CM condoles

Imphal, Dec 4 (DIPR): Chief Minister N Biren Singh has condoled the sudden and untimely demise of Advocate Roshmani Leishangthem on December 2 in New Delhi.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that the State has lost a brilliant lawyer, whose legal acumen and professionalism had inspired many budding Advocates and youth.
The Chief Minister said that Roshmani was serving as the Standing Counsel of the Government of Manipur in the Supreme Court of India and the National Green Tribunal.
He graduated from the prestigious ILS College, Pune in 2000 and he was also a member of the Bar Council of Manipur.
N Biren Singh also shared the grief of the bereaved family.
