Training for counting personnel begins at Bpr
BISHNUPUR, May 17: The first round of training for counting personnel to be deployed on duty in the counting station for the 17th parliamentary elections started today at Kyamba Ningshing Shanglen, Bishnupur for Bishnupur district.
The training was organized by District Election Office, Bishnupur. Counting supervisors, counting assistants and micro-observers attended the training with the AROs as resource persons. The counting will begin on May 23 for the 6 ACs of the district under the supervision of observers at Multipurpose Hall, Mini-Secretariat campus for the 1-Inner Parliamentary Constituency of Manipur. Three tier security arrangements will also be provided for the counting.
The second round of training will be conducted on May 20 at the same venue.
