Bandh called

Joint Action Committee Against the Death of (L) SK Rockson has cautioned that it will launch 48 hrs bandh from 6 am of May 24 to 6 pm of May 25 on Chandel Hqs line if the persons/party concerned fails to abide by the agreement reached in connection with the death of Rockson.
Rockson Lamkang, s/o SK Bunglun Lamkang of Thamlapokpi village, died after he met with an accident on April 30, said a statement of the JAC today.
It advised the party/persons concerned involved in the case to meet their end of the agreement and conveyed that the bandh however will not affect services such as medical, education, electricity and water supply.
