ATRPFM seeks Govt's immediate intervention over pension "misappropriation"

The All Tribal Rights' Protection Forum Manipur (ATRPFM) has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister N Biren for approving the permission granted by All Manipur Autonomous District Council Retired Employees Welfare Association to ATRPFM to handle matters related to payment of pension in respect of ADC employees.
A press release issued by general secretary, ATRPFM  also expressed gratitude to TA&Hills Minister for his kind consideration.
Maintaining that ATRPFM has been tirelessly working to achieve the entitled demand in accordance with pension rules, it stated that the organisation met with Governor five times and also with TA&Hills Minister and Chairman, Hill Areas Committee several times to discuss on pension for ADC members.
It further stated that memorandums and representations were submitted to them as well.
However, a group with corrupted mind and deceitful intention allegedly collected money from ADC employees.
Expressing disappointment over the news, it has questioned why the State Govt has not taken up any action till date.
It appealed all ADC employees to cooperate with the organisation  till the official finalisation of the matter and urged the State Govt to take up prompt action and book the culprit at the earliest.
