Process of Govt formation soon
New Delhi, May 24 : PM Narendra Modi met the President on Friday and tendered his resignation along with the Council of Ministers.
The President has accepted the resignation and has requested Narendra Modi and the Council of Ministers to continue till the new Government assumes office.
The process of forming a new Government will start. Dinner will hosted for the existing Union ministers today by the President.
Before taking the oath, Narendra Modi may go to Varanasi, his Constituency, on May 28.
After the Varanasi visit, Narendra Modi will also go to Gujarat to thank the voters there as Gujarat has once again given all 26 seats to Narendra Modi.
On this tour, Narendra Modi will also meet his mother Hiraben.
