143 Bn claim Inter Range GC/Bn Kabaddi tournament title

IMPHAL, May 4 : 143 Bn emerged champions of the Inter Range Group Centre/Battalion (ADM/OPS) Kabaddi Tournament 2019 organised under the supervision of IGP Manipur and Nagaland Sector at HQ 32 Bn, CRPF Loktak.

143 Bn defeated 69 Bn by 39-10 points to win the title of the tournament.

The closing ceremony of the tournament participated by teams drawn from 9 Battalions and GC namely 32 Bn, 78 Bn, GC Imphal, 109 Bn, 173 Bn, 87 Bn, 86 Bn, 69 Bn and 143 Bn was graced by Mohinder Kumar, DIGP, IGP M&N Sector CRPF as chief guest, Pawan Kumar Yadav, DC Bishnupur as special guest of honour and Dr LP Singh, CMO, NHPC, Loktak as distinguished quest of honour. JS Chauhan, Officiating Commandant 32 Bn CRPF; Vinay Kumar Singh, 2IC and other officers, Sub-Ordinate officer and Jawans also attended the closing function where in the winners, runners up were feted
