IMPHAL, Jul 16 Secretary in-charge of All Manipur Football Associa-tion, has informed concerned District Associations which are yet to submit the names of their respective representatives for the preparation of new general council of the association (for the term of 2019-2023) to complete necessary submission process by July 19 till 5 pm.
