Bishnupur, Jul 21: To make its presence more strong and robust in tackling the menace of drug abuse and alcoholism in the State, Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA) opened its new unit at Thinungei Mayai Khongnang Leirak, Bishnupur district in the presence of Hijam Priyokumar, president, CADA as dignitaries today at around 2 pm while an executive committee having 20 members were also formed as part of the function.
