24 hours bandh called

IMPHAL, Jul 23: The JAC against the mysterious death of Ningthoujam Babysana has imposed a 24 hour all Manipur bandh from 6 am tomorrow till 6 am of July 25.
A press release issued by the convenor of the JAC today mentioned that the bandh has been called as a result of the failure of the State Government to provide a positive response regarding the case.
It also announced that medical emergencies, religious activities as well as other emergency services will be exempted from the bandh.
The JAC further appealed all the local clubs, Meira Paibis, CSOs as well as the student organisations to work together to get justice in connection with the mysterious death of Babysana.
