Parents' association and CSOs have say in Babysana’s case

IMPHAL, Aug 11: The Standard Robarth Hr Secondary School Students' Welfare Parents/Guardians Association adopted a slew of resolutions after a meeting with various CSOs and student unions, including DESAM, MSF, KSA, SUK, AIMS and AMSU today over the delay in justice for Ningthoujam Babysana as well as the students of the school who have not been able to attend any classes after the school was closed down.
A press release issued by the president of the Standard Robarth Hr Secondary School Students' Welfare Parents/Guardians Association  mentioned that various resolutions were adopted during the meeting namely demanding the State Government to solve case at the earliest and to fully support any steps taken up by the JAC which was formed in connection with the case.
It was resolved to ensure that the school authority provides transfer certificates to the students if and when they require them without any delay and to pressure the Government and the authorities concerned to do the needful to bring justice to Babysana and ensure that the students of the school can attend their classes normally again.
