Indo-Myanmar friendship Gates No 1 and 2 closed

TENGNOUPAL, Aug 14: As a precautionary measure to avert any untoward incident from happening on the occasion of 73rd Independence Day, Indo-Myanmar friendship gates no 1 and 2 at Moreh have been shutdown temporarily by personnel of 43 AR from 4 am, this morning.
The order for the said undertaking was issued by District Magistrate Tengnoupal, H Rupachandra Singh and it will be lifted on 6 am of August 16, said this correspondent.
