State Mini Volleyball Tournament: TRYVC impress with victories

Imphal, Aug 22: TRYVC, Ukhrul defeated YMDO Heirangoithong in straight set in Sub-Junior girls match today in the ongoing 18th State Mini Volleyball Tournament-2019 being organised by All Manipur Volleyball Association at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium.
TRYVC, Ukhrul outplayed YMDO in straight sets (25-14, 25-22, 25-10) while in Boys league match, AMYC Andro Machenpat also downed NYVA-A Naorem in straight sets (25-21, 25-18, 25-14).
In the second match, HYDCCL Heikrujam registered victory over KSA Irengbam in straight sets (25-18, 25-21, 27-25) while IGO Oinam also beat YCGC Chajing in straight sets (25-15, 25-17, 25-9) in the 3rd match.
TRYVC, Ukhrul thrashed SDC Samurou in straight sets (25-10, 25-17, 25-16) in boys league match while LEWP Lamding outclassed USDC Upokpi by 3-2 sets (14-25, 25-15, 23-25, 25-19, 15-13).
In another match, SDI Ishok defeated KLLK Mayang Imphal by 3-1 sets (25-22, 25-19, 22-25, 25-13) while NYVA Naorem beat YCGC Chajing in straight sets (25-10, 25-12, 25-8).
In mini-girls match, TRYVC Ukhrul defeated YMDO Heirangoithong in straight sets (31-29, 25-18, 25-9).
According to a revised fixture of the tournament being released today, HYDCCL Heikrujam will meet RYC Keibi in Group D league match tomorrow at 8 am while SDI Ishok will face KYLGC Kangmong in the second match (Group A league match), Liwa Lamding will square with PRSC Pourabi in the third match (Group B league match), IGO Oinam will lock horn with NYVA Naorem in the fourth match (Group C league match), KSA Irengbam will battle it out with RYC Keibi in the fifth match (Group D league match), NYVA Naorem will fight SDI Ishok in the sixth match (Group A league match) and Liwa Lamding will play SDC Samurou in the seventh match (Group B league match).
