Liquor destroyed at Senapati

Senapati, Sep 16: Excise Dept, Senapati has destroyed and burnt down 300 litres of country liquor near its office at Senapati.
The liquors were seized by Senapati Police and Assam Rifles in the past from commuters and were destroyed in the presence of public leaders of Liangmei Taphou and media personnel.
The destroyed liquors are estimated to be around Rs 30,000 in the market rate.
