Hearing on Oct 11

IMPHAL, Sep 27: Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal West fixed the hearing of the bail application filed by Pheiroijam Robinson, junior coordinator of Standard Robarth Hr Secondary School, on October 11.
The hearing of the bail application filed by Pheiroijam Robinson, who is also son of the founder cum Principal of the school Ph Landhoni, was listed in the causelist of CJM Imphal West for hearing today.
During the proceeding, the petitioner's counsel prayed for some time to be given and as such, the Court fixed October 11 for the hearing of the bail application.
It may be mentioned that the bail application was filed on August 31 in connection with the mysterious death of Ningthoujam Babysana, a student of the school, who was found hung to death inside the school hostel in the morning of July 18.
Five individuals are presently lodged in Manipur Central Jail Imphal and Sajiwa Jail including Pheiroijam Landhoni, school coordinator Pheiroijam Romita, head warden Kamei Illen and warden N Jinnty.
