IMPHAL Sep 28 : Manipur which shared two points with Nagaland in their Plate Group opener at the Vijay Hazare Trophy, were forced to share points again today, this time with Sikkim as rain played spoilsports at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Dehradun, right after Sikkim's innings began.
Sadly, Manipur bundled out for a paltry 120 total in 30.4 overs of the 40 over innings after opting the bat first as rain soaked ground greatly hampered the scoring but the condition was nothing less for the Sikkim side as the team lost two wickets with no score on board in the first over of the innings itself before heavy downpour forced the match to stop.
Manipur will meet Chandigarh tomorrow in their third fixture at Tanush Cricket Academy ground, Dehradun.
