Tour reaches Bangladesh

IMPHAL, Sep 28: The 11 members of the Indo-Bangla Friendship Tour team have Bangladesh today. They were received by Bangladesh Manipuri cultural and social activist Ibungohal Shyamal.
The team led by managing director of Ipak Tours & Travel Agency Rakesh Naorem left Imphal yesterday.
Welcoming the team, Ibungohal Shyamal expressed that such tour should be organised more frequently to strengthen the bond between the 'blood relatives'.
He further conveyed that a team of Bangladesh Manipuri delegate will be visiting Manipur during the Sangai Festival 2019 and thanked Government for sending invitation. The members were also given warm welcome at the Manipur Cultural Complex  at Bhanughash by its convenor Langoljam Joyanta Singh. They will visit Meetei village Dhamai on Sep 29.
