EC advises

IMPHAL, Jan 22 : With the tenure of the Autonomous District Council coming to an end on the first week of June this year, the State Election Commission has advised the Tribal Affairs and Hills Department to take up necessary measures for the next election.
It may be noted that election for 144 Constituencies of six chief ADCs, including Ukhrul, Senapati, Sadar Hills, Chandel, Churachandpur and Tamenglong, will be held.
