AISF demands rollback of Govt order on school fees
IMPHAL, Oct 15
The All India Student’s Federation Manipur State Council has demanded the State Government to roll back its order that enables private and aided schools authorities to collect 30 percent school tuition fees from the parents of the students.
Alleging that the private schools in the State are turning into profit making business, the student body has demanded the Government to look into the matter.
Rampant corruption during the recruitment of Government schools teachers by the earlier Governments has lost the trust of parents in Government run schools thereby running after private schools to provide their wards with better education, AISF alledged in a release today.
