Court reserves judgement order

IMPHAL, Oct 1: Division Bench High Court of Manipur reserved its judgement order today after the final hearing of the writ petition filed by Lourembam Shyamjai, father of Lourembam Sanjoy who is detained under National Security Act since May 19, 2020.
Mention may be made that Lourembam Sanjoy was arrested by a team of Imphal East police from Lamphel Court complex by producing an order issued by the district magistrate, Imphal East.
Challenging the order issued by the district magistrate, Lourembam Shyamjai of Yairipok Yambem Mathak Leikai filed the writ petition before the High Court of Manipur in June through advocate Pheiroijam Sanajaoba.
Today, after hearing both the parties,  Division Bench High Court of Manipur reserved its judgment order.
