Road repair work started

IMPHAL, Oct 1: Repairing works of Nongjaikhong Sambrum Loukol road has begun under the funding of social worker Naorem Kobit.
Notably, Kobit from Kakching Ningthou Leikai is also a member of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee.
Speaking to media persons, member of Nongjaikhong Sambrum Loukol Farmers' Association, Kakching, Thokchom Nimai lauded the social worker for gladly accepting the request to repair the road which is filled with potholes. Stating that the pathetic conditions of the road stretch are troubling the commuters, especially farmers, he added that the inconvenience would be reduced significantly once the repairing works complete.
Naorem Kobit assured that he will carry out more such works for the development of Kakching Assembly Constituency in future.
