UADC gifts footballs to schools

Ukhrul, Oct 5 : Ukhrul ADC Chairman Dr Yaronsho Ngalung today distributed sport items in a simple function held at ADC office complex Phungreitang, Ukhrul.
Dr Yaronsho handed over two footballs each to headmasters and headmistresses of 158 ADC schools in Ukhrul and Kamjong districts under the 15th Finance Commission.
During the distribution programme, Dr Yaronsho stressed on the importance of encouraging students towards sporting activities to tone up their physical health as well as mental development from their early age. CEO Polly Makan, ADC staff and others also attended distribution programme.
