Ex-MLA donates

Kakching, Dec 31: Ex-MLA of Wabagai AC Dr Usham Deben donated Rs 1.20 lakh to Social Workers Club (SWC), Wabagai Keirak Leirak Achouba.
Dr Usham Deben is also a vice president of BJP Manipur Pradesh.
The monetary aid was extended during a simple function held this morning at the premises of the SWC.
