Police seize liquor

THOUBAL, Feb 23: A combined team of OC Nongpok  Sekmai and CDO Thoubal seized 1225 litres of DIC liquor from two individuals while checking vehicles at Pechi Chinglak, today, reports our correspondent
The two individuals have been identified as Kangabam Jiten Singh (40), S/o K Matum Singh of Charangpat Mamang Leikai (400 litres) and Laitonjam Joy Singh (32) L Narahari Singh of Huikap Awang Leikai (825 litres).
The seized DIC liquors will be handed over to excise station Yairipok by observing necessary formalities, reports our correspondent.
