Al Ameen down FORCE by 29 runs, to meet SCCC in final

IMPHAL, Feb 5 : Al-Ameen, Lilong will lock horns with FORCE, Kshetrigao in the final of the 3rd Heibok T-20 Cricket Tournament as the former saw off FORCE, Kshetrigao by 29 runs today at Langthabal Public Ground in the second semi-final match.
Al Ameen won the toss and elected to bat first before restricting FORCE to 110 runs and ensured a 29 run victory. With Mustaque's 47 off 36 balls, Al Ameen got off to a steady start and posted a 139 run total for 7 wickets.
Sorojit and Basid also added 29 and 20 runs respectively for Al Ameen in this innings which saw Avinash of FORCE claim three with his fierce bowling. Tamim and Khurshid also managed a wicket each in their respective quotas of 2 and 3 overs.
In reply, FORCE made a good start as Suban bagged 34 runs off 33 balls but Aten and Nousad bowling attack led to their gradual collapse at 110 runs in 19 overs.
Samir and Jali also contributed 16 and 18 runs respectively to FORCE's tally but their effort fell short and were all out for 110 runs.
AL-Ameen's Aten and Nousad picked up three wicket each while Nasir got on the scoresheet with a wicket in his name.
Mustaque of Al Ameen who topscored for Al-Ameen was adjudged man of the match.
The final match will start at 10 am on February 8.
