LESSW holds rural camp

SENAPATI, Mar 14: To educate students about rural life and their problems, the Lungnila Elizabeth School of Social Work (LESSW) conducted a 7-day rural camp in Willong Khunou village, Senapati.
The camp was held from March 4 to 11.
During the camp, students of LESSW conducted a survey and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) to gain an understanding of village life.
They also held free medical camps in collaboration with Senapati District Hospital on March 7 where villagers were examined by Dr Abraham.
A cleanliness drive to promote the importance of sanitation was also conducted in the village.
