Issuance of ILP suspended

IMPHAL, Mar 17: As a preventive step against possible spread of COVID-19 in the State, issuance of Inner Line Permit has been suspended with effect from March 18 till April 15.   Special Secretary (Home) H Gyan Prakash has issued a notification to this effect today.
It mentioned that the ILP may be issued at the discretion of the issuing authority  only under circumstances when visit to the State is unavoidable.
