MNCA condoles demise of Haobam Biramangol
IMPHAL, Mar 18
Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA) has condoled the untimely and sad demise of its former honorary secretary, Haobam Biramangol Singh on March 17.
S Priyananda on behalf of all members of MNCA offered condolence to the bereaved family and sung praised of the former secretary who was an able administrator with in-depth knowledge of the nuances and intricacies of the cricket. He also remembered the contributions made by the departed soul towards the development of the modern cricket in the state besides adding that the cricketing fraternity will miss him dearly.
The executive members of MNCA and staff observed two minutes silence in memory of the departed soul and MNCA flag was flown half-mast as a mark of respect, said a statement of the association.
MNCA also share grief and sorrow of the family members of the departed soul and pray the almighty to bless them the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss, it added.
