Roger Irom’s death anniversary observed

IMPHAL, Mar 20: The 9th death anniversary of Roger Irom, who was killed in an unfortunate incident on Airport road, Ghari, was observed by his family members and Roger Irom Memorial Trust today.
The event was attended by National Awardee N Chaoba Singh, Manipur State Bharat Scouts and Guides State secy Th Heramani, Advocate M Brojen and DESAM president N Edison as president and guests of honour respectively.
The guests paid their respects by offering flowers to the photo of the deceased and lighting candles.
Donors of the blood donation camp which was held on January 28 to mark the death anniversary of Roger, were handed donor cards at the event today. The organising committee also informed donors who have not yet received donor cards to collect the same from RIMS.
