IMPHAL, Mar 26: In view of the extreme misery being endured by the people of the land on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 40th Red Army Uprising Day 2020 of the proscribed PREPAK was celebrated in very low-key  at the outfit’s 701 mobile battalion today.
After hoisting the party flag, the mobile battalion’s commander read out the statement of the Chairman, Military Affairs Committee, PREPAK, conveyed a press release issued by the outfit’s publicity and propaganda secretary-in-charge LeibaakNgaakpa Luwang.
