Essentials gifted to journalists

IMPHAL, Apr 23: The National Medicos Organisation, Manipur Unit (NMO, MU), Seva Bharati and My Home India handed over food supplies along with other items such as hand-sanitizers and face masks to All Manipur Working Journalists Union (AMWJU) to assist journalists in the fight against COVID-19.
In the event held at Manipur Press Club, vice president of NMO, MU Dr Th Naranbabu said that the 3 organisations had jointly contributed to various individuals and organisations to support the fight against coronavirus and wanted to extend the same support to journalists who are working relentlessly to keep people updated with correct information.
On the other hand, the supplies were further handed over to different firms by AMWJU.
