We are living in the 21st Century World. This century is the age of computer age or electronic age or scientific age. Many changes take place in the world in the fields of Politics, economics, social, education, medical, etc. Change, as we know, is the law of nature. Today, we hear about the deaths and sicknesses of thousands of people in different countries of the world due to Coronavirus or COVID-19.
This disease is spreading in many countries of the world. Italy suffered the most and the next is the China in the world. Time to time, different kinds of diseases are affecting the human beings in the world. In the past, human immune-deficiency virus (HIV) killed many people in the world. Now, COVID-19 is shaking the whole world again. Let there be many changes in the world so that there must be changes of human beings in social development and spiritual development in the days to come.
Change should add to growth of noble personality dimension. And, change should not be only to add riches, property and mansions. Individuals amusing abundant resources at their command may lose proper track to resist the dear one’s unfair demand; family members may follow the ignoble human approach, retracing and reformation may become beyond easy reach. Youngsters play indifferent to studies and educational pursuits. Valuable segment of the society has to be kept in proper shape, and future of the countries of the world today will depend on how they really believe. Today, we claim ourselves to be educated in the society, but we still create many problems and hardships which need to be tackled and solved in our society for remedy. Regarding, manufacture of chemicals in the laboratory for testing, we sometimes manufacture good chemicals for patients of different kind. On the contrary, we sometimes manufacture which is not applicable to mankind, which eventually kills mass human beings on earth. The evidence can be traced out by the chemical scientists of the world. Now, the Novel Corona virus (COVID-19) is haunting the whole world.
It is a great changing and a great loss to mankind. The leaders of the world are vigil now for prevention from the spread of this dreaded disease all over the world. As the end time of the world is at hand, and the coming of the creator of the universe is at hand, it is a sign of heavenly calling to people of this world. The world needs to repent and accept the creator of the universe for saving their souls for eternity.
Regarding teaching-learning paradigm, the approach would be to create a technology-rich learning environment. High cost, high technology is not the only model. Low cost, low technology models are just as important while examining the profoundity or the depth of education, I know it is un-attached to this world and the world hereafter. And, while examining the predictions from the Holy Bible, most of the predictions came into reality today. The apostle Paul as he looks at the nature of man sees the answers to the question, “What is wrong with the world today” ?
It was a question Paul asked of Roman world; it is a question we ask of the modern 21st century world and particularly of China, Italy, France, Iran, America. India and other countries affected by COVID-19 today. What is wrong with China? What is wrong with Iran? What is wrong with Italy and all other Countries affected by COVID-19 ?
What is wrong with the world today? There seems to be more sins more crimes, more ungodliness and more unrighteousness. We hear all the happenings in the world all the time. We read it in the daily newspaper, televisions, youtube, facebooks, whatsapp, and in monthly magazines and journals, etc. The answer of the above question is in the nature of man. Because man’s problem is that he has rejected God, the creator of the universe, who is, was and will be, the eternal God .
Man on earth has left God out of his life. When man leaves God out he inevitably continues to go further and further into the deeds and acts of unrighteousness. God has given men up a reprobate mind. He has given them over to their sinful acts.
Here are some of the deeds of unrighteousness which are apropos for our day. Being filled with unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, coveteousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers, back-biters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding covenant breakers, without natural affection implacable and unmerciful. These are the factors which made the world wrong today.
Man has refused to accept the knowledge of God which is pure and holy from above that He had, and man, on the otherhand, worships the creatures or idols rather than the living God, the creator of the universe. Today, the inevitable result in the world is the wrath of God in operation; Man is being given over to his sin, he is being given up to his vile affections, and he is being given over to a reprobate mind or a mind that is devoid of spiritual discernment.
This is the divine indictment. Man, on earth, is rebellious against God, and this inevitably leads to unrighteous deeds, and sexual license and perversions. It does not matter, the whole whole is guilty before God and the whole world stands judged and quilty and condemned before the Divine Tribunal.
Man directs his own will against the will and ways and the intended plan of God. This is man’s anti-godness, Sin is succinctly, inherently and primarily anti-godness. If we want to know what we are by nature we must first do agree that man is by nature first of all ungodly and secondly unrighteous. As we are ignorant of our nature, the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of man, who hold the truth in unrighteousness. It is what the psalmist expressed in the words. “The fool had said in his heart, there is not God”. It is man’s inherent rebellion against divine authority, his refusal to acknowledge God as supreme in his life, his vain attempt to run his own life.
Man’s deeds of unrighteousness are man’s sin against mankind, against society, against himself, and against his own loved ones, as well as his enemies. But the deeds and acts of sins of unrighteousness are the overflow caused by the basic condition of the nature of man being ungodly.
The result of leaving God out of your life is the deeds and acts and sins of unrighteousness, which made the world wrong today. Man must be shown how to live godly, but he must also be free to live godly. As the world is not enough for a man, he tends to create more evil things which will eventually destroy the world. Is the world created by us or by God? We do need to ponder deeply today so that we will realize who we are by nature what is to be done by us. It is man who disturbs the world and the things in the world. We are created by God and so we need to follow the good things of life so long as we are living in this wonderful resourceful world created by God himself, for we cannot even make the sun, the moon and the stars to shine during the day and at night.
It is not the earth that causes trouble but it is men and other natural calamities who cause trouble on this earth and make the world go wrong in this world. We are born to know that we are sinners by nature. If we know our nature, we will not indulge in evil things and the world will not be going wrong today. The creator of the universe, who holds supreme authority, will bless us in this world in whatever we do if we know our nature and discharge our duties properly and faithfully so as to earn the grace of God, our Creator.
Today, due to outbreak of COVID-19 or novel coronavirus from Wuhan City of China and spreading to many European and Asian Countries, many lost their lives, many lost their wealth, many lost education, etc. Now, who are suffering from education, hunger and poverty? If this, so called Corona virus disease is spreading all over the world, students will suffer from educations, poor people will starve and poverty alleviation will rise up.
From the outbreak of this corona virus which kills many people in different countries of the world, the leaders of the world pull their heads together for declaring of holidays or shutting down of schools, colleges and universities in the affected countries, and even national and international flights are cancelled and restaurants, bars, shooting of films, national and international sports’ schedules are cancelled in the world.
If this virus is spreading more and more, students will face hardships in education, the poor and the needy will have to starve and poverty will increase in some countries of the world. It is the call of God to mankind to repent of their sins. Human beings have to examine themselves and they should know and accept the living God before the day of destruction comes to this world.
