Applications for loan under PMEGP invited

IMPHAL, May 22
 Director of Trade, Commerce and Industry, C Arthur Worchuiyo has informed that applications are invited for grant of loan under Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) for the year 2020-21 through the online portal of Ministry of MSME at (http://www.kviconline.gov.in/pmegp).
Online applications will be accepted from May 27 to June 16, he further informed and added that applications should be accompanied with (i) passport photograph (ii) Residential/Rural Area Certificate from SDO/BDO or SDC concerned (iii) Pan card/Aadhar Card (iv) Class viii passed (countersigned by ZEO concerned) or Class X certificate (v) ST/SC certificate (if applicable) and (vi) Project report under DPR Package in excel with a datasheet.
The Director also said that the applicants should submit the hard copies of their application to the concerned District Industries Centre (DIC), Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) or Manipur Khadi & Village Industries Board (MKVIB) by June 30, 2020.
Application submitted before May 27 and after June 15 will not be considered, he further informed.
